Riondil steps onto the dais situated in the middle of the town square, gazing over the crowd with his piercing blue eyes. He lets out a large sigh before speaking to those before him. “To those gathered before me and all of Haleun’or I bring forth a proposal that could benefit its citizens as well as its protectors alike. I propose the construction of a mana obelisk on a massive scale with the help of my former master Kalameet, and anyone who has such knowledge on the fabrication of such a contrivance. The uses of such a feat are innumerable and would aid greatly in the studies of those who so wish it. It’s more immediate uses would be to power the city indefinitely and provide mana for enchantments of the Evariran’thillin to further enhance their protection of our blessed City. There are only a handful of such known Obelisks and such a monolith would be the envy of those around us. I now leave it up to those who surround me to decide if this is a worthy use of our time and effort.” Riondil would cross his arms in front of him, watching the darting glances of those before him waiting for a reply.

Archibald nods, standing in the back of the crowd. "Yeah, okay!"

Kalenz nods, announcing for all to hear.

"This is the course of the maehr'sae hiylun'ehya, llir, and so it will be done! Look upon the Grand Tower within the city and see that within lies a large gem. I know not of your methods nor the means by which this obelisk will be created, but it is there I do reccomend you forge the obelisk— Where the current emerald structure in the Council Tower stands. Forge us this great feat so we might power our city with it, advance and revolutionize our manner of living!"

Riondil turns his head slowly, finally resting his gaze upon Kalenz "If this course of action is the will of the Sohaer, so it will be done. As soon as I am given access to this gem I will begin the necessary preparations." he'd nod his head in thanks stepping down from the dais.
