Traveling Monk

A few days ago you walked by a village, you heard the sound of the old Flexian tongue, normally just used in mass. You got curious and walked towards the source of the sound, you see a small chapel and you entered it. There behind the altar stood a man in his late twenties, he spoke with benevolence and in a friendly tone. You stayed for mass, you were intrigued by how the man spoke. After the mass you went back to the place you were aiming for. A few days later in a different town you yet again  hear the flexian chant, yet again you enter the small church and again you see the cleric. You thought he was a parish priest but why would a parish priest leave his parish? You are further intrigued and after mass you approach him. After some time talking to him you ask him what he is inside the church, he tells you he is a monk. That explains it. He further explains that he is a travels preaching and holding mass in places where there is no priest. You wonder if you might be able to have him at your settlement to hold mass seeing how you have yet to get a holy man.

 

OOC: So there are a few places (especially in the north) with no priest, this is because the church doesn’t have enough personnel to deliver each town a chaplain or priest, thus this is here. Any leader of a place of canonist faith enter in contact with me and we’ll arrange something out.
