A Large Box Outside Of Cerulin

The eyes of any given passerby of Cerulin's main gate may take notice to a rather large, wooden box with a sort of opening on it's side that would only allow things to be put into it, not removed. At least without any large amount of effort. A large sign nailed above said opening with some simple text written on it. 

"CLOTHES DONATION BIN"

Actually, I think a lot of people would flee in terror.
Terror was the normal response to anyone in that skin.
Especially Elven peoples.
Followed closely by buttmad.
