The music of tomorrow land begins to leak from the seat of the government in Haelun'or. Upon finding it's source you're met by a stern faced, hostile looking high elf of irrefutable purity.

 

Welcome to the office of the Okarir'mali. Here you may address the current Okarir'mali, me, Zeus Ith'ael regarding anything that falls under this jurisdiction:

• Documentation: It is the Okarir’mali who may deny and accept citizen applications, a duty shared with the Medi'iran and Sohaer.
• Lands: The Okarir’mali also presides over all land within Haelun’or assuring that it is well maintained and orderly.
• Guidance & Example: The Okarir'mali serves as a guide and example to other servants, guiding them in their duties.

The thick sound of knuckles cracking pierce the air after a long silence. Zeus addresses the Less-than's question.

 

"You are to speak to the Okarir'akaln, Salazar Elibar'acal, regarding financial matters should he be milling about. Through him you may deliver your tribute to the Silver City. Perhaps it may garner you more favor, Outlander."

 

He sneers at Archibald to enforce how unwelcome he is.

The Less-than, Archibald is ushered away. Grim'aeldus is motioned forward after stating his piece.

 

"Good question countryman. Although Less-thans should be considered extremely dangerous to our progress and health, they have in rare cases been accepted among us. The Kha for example share our homeland as long as they don't enter our library and live in accordance with Silver Law."

 

The answer is broken by the sound of sipping tea.
