What is roleplaying?: The act of acting out a scenario that is not possible in the real world. This is achieved by taking on a persona of another human/being.

What is metagaming?: The act of using OOC knowledge that your specific character does not know in order to achieve a goal. This can be shown via bringing a past characters knowledge to a new character that would not know about it.

What is powergaming?: The act of forcing your character to come out on top by manipulating mechanics, or roleplay in a way that is not acceptable. This can be shown via having your character be stabbed by a sword in a duel, yet disregard the injury and continue roleplaying as if nothing had happened to them.

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):

Eddard Desil began life in Godfreys Peaks. Born to a poor farming family, Eddard was raised tilling fields and caring for his families livestock. However the slow and listless life of the farm soon began to turn Eddards eyes to the fields and roads beyond it. He soon gained his chance to see the world outside of his home when Andrik Vydra was crowned king.

Packing a small bag Eddard soon departed with his father and mother to see the crowning of the king. Along the way he heard stories of the magnificents of the cathedral, and when his eyes gazed upon it for the first time the stories all did the structure justice. After watching the coronation and returning home Eddard set about making preparations in order to leave his family and farm. Once all was ready Eddard walked out along the road to discover what the world had to offer, never to return.

Personality Traits: Outspoken and brash, Eddard is fairly clever for the son of a farmer.

Ambitions: To improve his life far beyond the simple life he had on his fathers farm by learning as much as he can.

Strengths/Talents: Clever, Able bodied from farm work, Young, Learns quickly

Weaknesses/Inabilities: not tactful, easily angered, worries too much
