Vanishing Crafting Stuff

So, several days ago, I put the supplies for 15 blaze rods into my tinker post. Yesterday they should have finished. I logged on today, and they were gone. I can only assume, since neither of my housemates took them, that the update wiped them.

 

It was supposed to take 4 days.

  The update did wipe all items that were crafting at the time, sadly. There's not much that can be done to save them as I don't think GMs are handing out replacements.
