THE DECREE OF MELTING SILVER

 

I, Silir'ilume, the foremost representative of the government of Haelun'or, declare myself the sole representative of the interests of the Silver State until current events are concluded. Upon the conclusion of the standing conflict, I will abdicate my position immediately and oversee the election of new leadership to all vacant positions of the Triumvirate. This is the Decree of Melting Silver, and this is the will of elmali'aheral and the Silver State of Haelun'or.
