Dear James,

   Do you mean I learned alchemy in game? If you do, on my last application someone said i need to explain how my character got the skill of alchemy. Also where should i add server lore? Idk where to put it so in this edit i will just ask were I should put it

What’s the rule you agree with the most?: No sexual RP! Usually teens think of that so I get uncomfortable around that.

How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: i just looked up cool rpg servers and this popped up

Definitions

What is role playing?: role playing to me is getting into a character and there life and focusing and how they see the world

What is meta gaming?: Adjusting the character's actions based on knowledge of the past experiences of game play. Like when a player gains knowledge when not inside the game, from another player, from a previously played character that is not in use anymore. Also a person could read the lore of the game/server and see that nobody is supposed to know about somthing (ex. an evil in the land) and makes there character behave as if they know about it. Another example is the person could watch videos posted on sites about game play and learn from there or maybe if a relative or friend played the game. A possibility is when you play split screen games you can see the other players point of view to gather info.

What is power gaming?: Power gaming is forcing actions against another player. Like say a thief goes up to some guy and dose this in chat /me kills [username] and steals there money. They cant instantly kill someone they have to put up a fight to have more action because it wouldn’t be as very role play like and not as fun.

Character’s race: High/Wood Elf (Mother is High Elf. Father is Wood Elf.)

Character’s age: 18

Biography: Yulia is an elf that is extremely curious. She loves alchemy and adventure. She has an outsiderish personality to the normal high elf. She can be very annoying at times, stubborn, dangerous, and may make her mother mad by not acting so quaint and lady-like but Yulia has a great big heart. Yulia loves animals and even has a pet crow named Nutmeg whom she cares for very much.

When Yulia was born she also had a twin called Lother. It was very rare to have a twin because of the elven curse. But Yulia's mother was lucky to have a wonderful boy. Yulia mostly slept while her brother went to venture far out in the land. One day he was venturing in a deep dark cave when he met a dark elf. Her name was Duriel. (to be continued later i have to go to bed)

 

Yulia NEVER new her father. Her mother had told Yulia lots of story about her father. How handsome he was. How she had his personality. How she had his eyes of wisdom. But her mother NEVER

had a single picture of him. Then one day while adventuring she found the post man who had just come from the wood elf kingdom. He gave her some mail and hurried off to the next village. She had opened the note addressed to her thinking it just being another add from Crazed Halflings Shroom Shop. To her surprise it was a note from her father asking her to come live with him. She wrote back and secretly packed her things and now lives in the wood elf kingdom. She met an orc along the way called Eath'lur (a.k.a. Sandk1ng) who she became good friends with. She visits her mother once and awhile but mostly lives with her father because she gets along with him better and she hates the silver city because its to busy and bustling with elves. She likes it at home in her nice quiet tree.

Personality Traits: Kind, Caring, Adventurous, Daring

Ambitions: Really wants to travel and see the whole world

Strengths/Talents: Strengths: is a very experienced medical potion brewer for when the wood/high elves go to war and is very experienced in self-defense potions. Talents: Can sing really beautifully.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Inabilities: Not that good at fighting with a sword. She is a chicken in battle and gets scared easily. Weaknesses: She can keep a keen eye on one person to surprise attack at but she can't concentrate on who might be surprise attacking her. She trusts a lot of people and has trusted people who use her trust against her.

• You must learn alchemy in roleplay, as it contains a fair bit of its own lore and would need to be learnt from a current alchemist on the server using approved alchemy lore.
• Use server lore in your application which can be found here. http://wiki.lordofthecraft.net/Front+Page (Remember you can send me a PM if you have questions!) As the child of a high and wood elf your character would most likely be hated upon by other high elves for impurity!. 

 

Note: Great app :D, especially the definitions. Sorry if the application process seems hard, took me three tries myself way back! Also, though you only added a bit of server lore, I felt you needed to add a bit more, but seeing as that is the only problem I'll accept this.
