What is your Minecraft Account Name?: MisterGoosey

What is your ingame Character Name?: Kuro Fennivyre

What is your Character’s Race?: Mixed Elven Descent.

Have you read and familiarized yourself with all server rules and the villain rules?: Yupyup.

Links to any previous villain applications (for reference, these can be from previous characters, or previously denied applications to show how you’ve improved): First attempt.

What VA are you applying for? (Lesser Evils, Greater Evils [Greater includes Lesser by default, you don't need two applications if you apply for greater first]): Greater evils, may as well get it out of the way.

Why is your character the way he/she is?  What has led them to a path requiring a Villain Application?: Wrong place, wrong time. Kuro, for roughly the first two hundred years of his life commit little to no villainy as he wasn't the most social of people, and had very little interactions in public spaces, so the window wasn't fully opened, so to speak. During late Anthos and earlier times in the Fringe, he met some people he would come to consider friends. All of them being active participants in less-than-legal acts, drugs, magic cults, violence, and so forth. Kuro didn't like the idea of ratting out his new friends, but the drug dealing and cults weren't really his cup of tea at the time. So he entered a sort of neutral limbo where he didn't abhor his friends illicit actions, but didn't take part in them, either. For a while, they didn't actually ask him to assist and respected his neutrality. But there came multiple times where he was tired of hiding off the side when someone got pulled off to the side and arrested, or watched as his friends were ganged up on by guardsmen and beaten for their crimes. He understood and accepted why they did it, but it still agitated him. Instilling a rather deep seeded hatred for the standard "town guard" types of men. Eventually he'd break and stop being on standby, real question was when.

What are his/her motives?  What do you plan to gain from this?: Kuro's intentions are rather simple. The ruthless protection of what he considers important, be it the security of his home, his friends lives, or anything else that he considers important. Out of character, I simply think that I will be able to give and get better role play than I would otherwise. I'd like my character to still have the ability to commit villainous acts if he has to, and really only plan to do so if it fits the flow of what's going on. Also, considering how long I've been role playing this for, I'd like to not have my only character I give a damn about completely ruined by the return of VA's.

What moral boundaries does your character have, if any?: Kuro's morality is just as confusing as his personality, and is more often than not influenced by his friend's involvement when he's deciding to participate in villainous acts. He hardly goes out of his way to display aggression or evil intent unless provoked in some way, or requested to by an ally.

What general kind of Villain will you be?: If I had to give him one of the given titles, I'd say an antihero. He's sarcastic and most of what he says is satire, even during aggression. But I could couple him in with the hysterical loonies.

- Open Response -
(I actually did rolls for both of these, just for kicks)

-You are about to head out of your house when someone starts pounding on your door frantically.  You open the door to see a human woman, dress half torn, a gash across her cheek bleeding, fear in her eyes as she begs you for help. Someone has just attacked her and her sister, killing the sister, and the girl barely getting away and losing him...

Glancing away from both the woman and the door, Kuro lets out a quiet sigh of agitation. He looks back to the woman, pulling the door open more fully. "Eugh, come in." He drawls out in a tired tone as the woman skittishly half runs inside and Kuro shuts the door behind her. A yell resounds from outside the home, "Get back here, ****!"  The voice booms, as the audible sounds of metal boots clicking against the gravel path outside. A heavy knock comes against the door. The woman trembles in unresponsive fear, crumpling to the ground and skittering up against the wall, the table now obstructing her from vision at the door. Kuro glances to the door, then to the woman, then back to the door. Letting out another familiar heave of frustration as he moved over to it. The same, heavy knock undulating through the home. "I know she's in there!" His words are followed by his first kick of the door. Kuro lets out a quiet sigh, shuffling over to grab his Guan Dao from it's respective rack next to his books. Taking a glance at the man through the window as he passed it. A rather stocky highlander wielding a shortsword of some kind, posture filled with rage as his foot rose to the door in another kick. Kuro grumbled quietly, fists clenching around the shaft of his spear in frustration as he moved to stand beside the door, waiting a few short moments for the man's entrance. Poised to run the man through the moment he enters his vision. A few kicks later, the door comes flying open. And the man staggers inside, enabling Kuro to take a short charge and lunge his spear at the invaders torso. The man looks to Kuro and lets out a yell and raises his hand in some attempt to block the incoming spear, but to no avail he's simply flailing his arms wildly. Clearly not a trained combatant. Kuro's spear pierces the center of the mans chest, his body tensing as his hands latched instinctively to the shaft of the spear in his torso. Letting out an audible groan, followed by a blood curdling screech! The man falls back as Kuro continues to apply pressure, forcing the man's already debilitated body onto it's back as the man starts to viciously cough up blood. Kuro lets go of his spear, staggering back as he lets out a series of heaves. Falling onto his ass. "F-... Fuckin' idiot." Kuro mumbles at the man. Emitting a content huff at his successful assault. "N-Now... time to help you..." he mutters tiredly, breath still ragged.

-There is a knocking on your door, and when you open it there is an angry-looking man standing there, and a Olog standing behind him, eyeing you coldly.  The man tells you that you owe 1000 minas in taxes to the local Royals, and had best pay up...

Staring at the man blinking, Kuro glances about, then back to the man. Cocking his head in an almost questionate manner as he pipes up, "...Very funny?". The two don't seem to agree, stern gazes showing no sign of ending. The man speaks up, "We look like jester's to you?" he says simply, head bobbing to the side a tad. Kuro grumbles, simply reaching a hand to his hip to withdraw his dirk, shuffling out towards the door as he does so. The first man seems not to notice Kuro's weaponry, but the Olog definitely does, sending a big green fist towards the side of Kuro's head. Kuro definitely sees this coming, and makes some attempt to dodge. He fails horridly and the hefty green fist collides with his head, sending him staggering into the wall. Cracking his head against it, almost immediately falling to the ground unconscious. The man claps a few times, glancing down to Kuro's unconscious body as it emits a groan. A pleasant grin coming over the man's face. The Olog emotionlessly allows his arm to fall back down to his side, lightly slapping against his bare torso. The man's grin grows as he skips over Kuro's body, quickly skimming over the home for anything to take as his Olog friend searched over Kuro. The man returns with a few silvery goblets, a bottle of red wine, and a stack of four lavish looking tomes. Letting out a loud laugh at his Olog friend who retrieves Kuro's dirk, and the hundred or so minas he'd had on his person at the time. The man ascends the Olog, stream of hysterical laughter stinging in Kuro's mind as he lies there, unable to do anything as the two assailants ride off into the sunset.
