A declaration is sent out throughout Haelun'or, stamped with the symbol of two twisting serpents, that of Medi'ir Calendir Maehr'onn.

It is on this day that Calendir Maehr’onn, Medi’ir of the Triumvirate and acting Okarir’tayna, declares that if any within elcihi are preparing work on any arcane or arcane based scientific projects, they are to report to Calendir Maehr’onn for legal approval. Until such occurs, all arcane works within elcihi are to halt immediately and all research brought before the Medi’ir.

Any unapproved arcane works within elcihi endanger the lives and integrity of elcihi and the way of Silver, as former Medi’ir Valmir did. Anyone found working on such unapproved projects will be severely punished and held to trial for their crimes.
