Rebuilding The Warnation

The Orc Nation, as per discussed with the Wargoths prior to me becoming Rex, is in shambles. 

 

There is a lot needed to be done in order for us to rebuild the race and the nation itself. There are several underlying issues that are contributing to the issues of the Orcs.

 

- The Capital

 

The Orcish Capital needs a huge rework. This is extremely difficult as we don't actually have the resources necessary in order for us to do this. Usually, this was done during the development stages of the map. Though, I believe the continuous changes in leadership has led to the overall Orcish Capital to essentially render into the state in which it is now.

 

Currently, there are random forts situated in random areas of the Orcish Lands, we're living in a Savannah of sorts. For us to function effectively and achieve what we want to achieve, we need to be Roleplaying together, we need to be living in a centralized area where roleplay is easy to find. Where if need be, we have to defend our Capital, we can do so easily. 

 

Right now, we have unfinished forts, random sponge giraffe's, and just tents. This is the same set up we had in Kalos & the temp-maps before Anthos. Though, the issue being. This isn't a temp map.

 

Solution:

 

We rebuild the capital entirely. With the help of GMs & Admins, we rebuild our city and make it a formidable hub for our roleplay. This would not only increase our own, internal roleplay, but also encourage newer players to join. We need to be more organized in this regard. 

 

The rebuilding of the Uzg would be carried out within a short period of time, a team of capable and trustworthy builders would be dispatched to begin rebuilding the Orcish city.  The useless builds and eye-strains would be destroyed.

 

 

- Clans

 

Clans are a major part of Orc Culture, the Gorkils, Lurs, Yars, Yaks, Ublus. The clans function as a foundation for our roleplay and our RP culture. The Warnation must ensure that the Orcish Clans work together, the Orcs are a unified nation. The Clans, instead of swaying away in their own forts should all work and roleplay within one centralized capital. Having clan forts is good, and it is encouraged. But it should only be used as defensive/offensive means in battles/wars or for personal clan events/meetings or other miscellaneous roleplay scenarios. 

 

Solution:

 

The Clans of the Uzg work together and roleplay within the centralized capital, they operate as one banner, one force and one military unit whilst upholding their own traditions, their own cultures and their own roleplay styles. 

 

This has been going for several years, back since 2011, and it has worked since then. I believe that now, more than ever, it is more crucial for us to reinforce.

 

 

- Military

 

The Orcish Military should be a symbol of might and fear. Outsiders should be weary of even entering Orc lands. We must re-establish that and enforce our power. The Orcs have no need for a promotional military system, as the community is relatively small, it is unnecessary for such useless clutter of ranks. 

 

Solution: 

 

The Krug'Hai is now ABOLISHED A Military system for the Orcs is irrelevant as every single Orc is considered a warrior. We will maintain the ranks of "Targoth". The Targoth would function as a General of the Orc Army and would only take orders from the Rex. The Targoth would also in certain situations be responsible of leading sub-divisions or splinter groups at the behest of the Rex. In the absence of the Rex the Targoth is considered the utmost military authority within the Orcs.
