Nexus Crafting Bug

When I open a particular enchanting table, the nexus instead opens a functional anvil crafting screen. The enchanting table is also unbreakable.

I don't remember exactly, it first happened a few weeks ago, but I forgot to report it.

If i remember correctly, before there was an enchanting table filling the block, there was an anvil. Also I believe a separate enchanting table was placed relatively close to(possibly in the same chunk as) the glitched one, around the same time I started having the problem. I am not 100% sure about this information, as I did not place either the enchanting tables or break the original anvil.

Every time I try to open the enchanting table.

I haven't attempted it, I don't have spare anvils and enchanting tables.
