Come the construction of this new home, come the rules of those that dwell within. Upon being granted a home you're immediately apart of the Housing Association; in such happening you're expected to abide by the rules and limitations below. Failure to comply will lead to listed punishments and the majority of the time removal from the Housing Association and with it your right to own that of a dwelling.

 

 

 

Laws for Housing

 

1) Respect.  You must ensure you respect the building to the highest degree are dare not alter what is already present, the inner contents are use to develop and construct yet the; walls, floors and roof may not be touched. Remain to the confines of your room. 

 

Punishment for breaking:

First Occurrence:-        Asked to return room to its prior state, informal warning.

Second Occurrence:-   Asked to return room to its prior state, formal warning.

Third Occurrence:-       Loss of housing privilege for a given time. 

 

2) Virtue. Anything you construct inside the room must meet the standards of purity; for instance shrines to that of such daemon's as Iblees will be considered the breaking of such. Rooms should be orderly and respect the ways of the mali'aheral.

 

Punishment for breaking:

First Occurrence:-        Construct forcefully removed, a path of guidance given to help.

Second Occurrence:-   Loss of housing privilege, trial to determine purity. 

 

3) Safe. Whilst potentially dangerous experiments may occur deep within the laboratories of Haelun'or such conditions should not be present here. Contents of the room must be safe with no risk to bring harm to the young and old that dwell beside.

 

Punishment for breaking:

First Occurrence:-        Removal of unsafe entity, informal warning.

Second Occurrence:-   Loss of housing privilege, trial dependent upon scale of danger. 

 

4) Access. Due to the necessary conditions of observation and review, any locked doors blocking access inward must have keys given to the current Elokarir'leyun. This is to ensure the above rules are kept too and punishment given where appropriate.  

 

Punishment for breaking:

First Occurrence:-        Given chance to grant Elokarir'leyun door access. 

Second Occurrence:-   Removal of doors for one week, citizens advised to pay common visits.
