What is roleplaying?: PLAYING THE ROLE OF SOMEONE OR SOMETHING ELSE

What is metagaming?: Metagaming is using information not obtained IC while roleplaying. Ex: Telling someone where you are in TS instead of seeking out someone IC.

What is powergaming?: Powergaming is basically having a main focus of winning or beating someone or something else and having little to no regard for the roleplaying aspect. Often acting out of character to win.

Biography: Tessa finds herself somewhere very unusual. The last thing she can remember is traveling in a carriage with her parents, siblings and a few other refugees. They were cramped in the carriage that was well covered with a tarp. She remembers hearing the screaming of horses and that is it. She wakes up in the woods alone and wrapped in a tarp with her parents, siblings and refugees out of sight. Her memory is almost completely gone. She can hardly remember how she got to where is. 

After many cold nights alone she is desperate to find anyone. Her legs are scratched from walking through forests. Her hair is messy with leaves and debris. She wants to survive and solve the mystery; find her parents, her brothers and sisters. But first she must find a way to survive.
