Charter Signatures: I, Moot, fully acknowledge that if roleplay in the region in question does not occur, or player retention of the area depreciates to a level where hardly any active RP remains in the area, then the area will be removed, ruined or naturalized by GMs/ET members with a 1 week probationary period. Price for land has been paid, and you have PMed me with the location and expected roster for your base. Everything's good to go, enjoy the land, Moot! You're not exempt from getting your land taken away so remember to be active and make use of the land given to you.
