Orders barked and sentences passed as the gold face mali'ker sprawl about the slowly constructing city. Ordinators in particular seeming to be the ones handing out these scrolls, their eyes showing clear disdain. Each Archon receiving the same sealed scroll.

 

"It has been brought to my attention that some amongst the Archons that believe that once they donned the armor of the Order, they are free to do and order as they please. Much is to be discussed, orders are to be revised, and lists of acceptable outsiders to be handed out. I do hope that those who do not make it to this meeting have a good explanation."
