"not" Crazed Kha

Recommended Posts

*An unnamed Kha sits in a tree writing in a small book.*

"I am done acting like an uncivilized beast." He writes furiously while listening for others around him. "I may have been raised by cultists and fed the blood if the weak but that does not make me crazy. Does it? I want to live like the humans and elves without the Kha wanting me for my "crimes" Choosing to not convert after I finally am free from the cultists does not mean I am guilty." The Kha then sets the pen in his book and jumps down and heads to a small fire in the woods. He sits down on a log and sets some meat into a small pot above the fire. Opening the book he dips his pen in a small jar of ink that was near the fire. "So what." He begins to write. "So what if I now cook the meat of an elf on a fire in front of me. This doesn't make me crazy, just hungry. So what if I attempted to choke a priest for not giving me minas? He was rude anyway." The Kha then sets the book down and tosses a few potato and carrot slices into the pot. He then sits back down and begins writing again. "No one sees the way I do. Born a big old cat and raised by four human who praised Iblees can make you different. Have they tried the flesh of dwarves roasted with a slight pinch of pepper. Probably not. And if they did they would have loved it. So I am not crazy. I am not guilty of any crimes." The Kha then stands up and drops his pen and book and tips the large cauldron to the side pouring it into a small pull. He then takes a large wiff of the soup before sitting down and mumbling to himself. "Nawt crazy." "Baer crazy." He then drops the notebook and leaves it for others to find.

Baer throws his satchel over his back and takes a deep breath before putting out the fire and making sure the book can be found. "To Oren! I'm hungry and I'm sure food can be found there." He says joyfully before leaving the campsite.
