A meeting shall be convened within little over a stone week of any of those that would still consider themselves among the council of Remembrancers within the city to choose a new High Remembrancer. Serving as High Remembrancer twice, I will convene this meeting within the incomplete library of Kal'Akash. In this time of need, I will be appointing Zahrer Irongrinder in my stead as Librarian of the order, and taking the position of historian with Ognar's absence.
