Men adorned with the grey cloak of the Adrian Army can be seen distributing notices to the populace within the Ducal Coalition.

 

"By Decree of His Grace, Siguine of House Barbov, the position of 'Commander' within the Adrian Command as been passed from the previous leader, Sir Rickard Barrow, to Siegemeyer of Myaskovski.

 

The Commander encourages any sort of meetings with his fellow allies within the Coalition to further establish communications between the allied armed forces. Commander Siegmeyer will not relent when sending his men to the front line, the grey cloaks shall be seen fighting alongside their fellow comrades of Haense or Vanaheim. 

 

Further training of the troops of Adria shall be established to ensure that the army runs at it's full potential, worthy men shall be given the chance to prove themselves by becoming part of the Officer Corp and aid in the leadership of the Army.

 

Commander Siegemeyer shall be personally leading his troops into battle and expect that his men have the courage to lay down their lives for a better future for the Adrian populace.

 

With the aid of his comrades, Commander Siegemeyer shall turn the army into an armed forces that proudly show their worth to their fellow counterparts.

 

Any aspiring soldiers that wish to lead a successful military career can do so by making their way to the Capital of Adria, Brelus and speak with an officer for further questioning. But for now,
