[Help?] Donated For Next Level, Can't Recieve.

So about twenty minutes ago, I donated for the next level of VIP ( Iron > Gold ) and as mentioned on the donation page, I donated the amount of 25$ to get Gold VIP; In-Game it said that my perks were readily avaliable so I did /vipclaim and it said my VIP had already been claimed, thus not giving me my upgraded inventory or ingame color, the usual things you get once donating.

 

So.. What do I do?

I'm not sure what else information to provide for you; if any further information is needed please let me know so I can add it in, I'd like to get this package :(

Try pming a staff member in game, use /modlist to see who is online. You can also pm them over the forums.

 

Since it didn't automatically give it to you, as soon as a gm or admin sees they'll be able to help you out.

I've already messaged the only staff member who was ingame, and they had no clue about donations, hence why I came here instead ;(

I am rather certain that Admins usually handle the donations and if then, only specific GMs. Not all have access to the donor pages.
