Expanding the Province

Hello there citizens reading this poster! 

 

Laureh'lin is a ever growing city, and such it would be prudent for the Council to ask the citizen's input directly in shaping the best possible city for both the citizen and the land surrounding it. We have here a blueprint of the city drawn.

 

Currently the city has the following statistics

• 50 homes 
• 4 stalls 
• 1 tavern
• 2 forges
• 1 tailor
• 1 bath house
• 1 Sirame barracks
• Ascended Keep
• Unfinished library/museum 
• Glade amphitheater 
• Massive farms (Does not have coco and netherwart plantations)

 

The Council is proposing to raise funds and materials for a new district that is located in front of the current gates, extending the city outwards and creating new economic opportunities. The proposed buildings to be made are...

• 1 town hall
• Fountain
• 5 shops 
• 1 bookstore
• A bazaar (up to 5 stalls)
• Warehouse
• Library

 

This obviously means nothing is final, and the Council is inviting anyone to give their opinions and discuss! The more participation means the closer the Council can aim for the perfect balance of facilities in the new district. Post your thoughts below and I will try to get through them or if any of my fellow Chancellors wish to address the post as well!

Tender

 

The Council is currently accepting designs and plans for how the new district will pan out! If you are an aspiring architect, now is a chance to create a work that could be fitted in the most populous mali province!

There is a 1000 minas reward/consultation fee to the architect chosen (there can be more than 1 'winner'!) of the design, to which Siri will contact you personally to arrange a meeting with the Council.

2. Has to be made in default texture pack
3.  Feel free to make just individual buildings or a plan. We might make a piecemeal out of the most fitting submission!
4. Submissin end date is 19th Saturday
