Let it be known that the individual known as Orgmar or "Org" is herein charged with the following crimes:

-Murder of civilians

-Imitation of Knighthood

-Falsely bestowing Gentry titles

-Illegal abuse of Gentry rights

-Disruption of the King's Peace

-Open heresy

The falsely titled Orgmar is to present himself no later than one Saint's Day to the court of His Imperial Majesty, and stand trial. Any attempt to flee the realm, or failure to present oneself will result in a plea of guilt.

Orgmar will be granted one Saint's Day to pass unmolested to the Imperial Court. After said Saint's Day, it will be the duty of the Knights of the Realm to capture him, and deliver him or his head to the Court.

If Orgmar does present himself willingly, a trial will be held to judge him for his crimes, with a jury consisting of His Majesty, a Pontifical Representative, The Master of Chivalry, and the Lord Justiciar.

Said trial will be open to the public, and if Orgmar does choose to bring witnesses to his defense they must be marked before his trial begins.

Any who attempt to shelter the fugitive or aid him will be tried as accomplices of his crimes, and subject to the same punishment.

It is urged that any victims or his crimes or witnesses of said crimes report their statement to the Master of Chivalry post haste, as put this criminal matter to history as swiftly as possible.

By the Grace of GOD,

His Imperial Majesty John Frederick of House Horen

Ser Aulfr af  Eklund,

Understand that the Imperial Privy Council received no word of this warrant, and thus this warrant is not recognized.  The use of the word 'warrant' in this case is in fact illegal.  The Master of Chivalry's position does not entail the declaration of warrants.  It's to my understanding that you have a good memory, so I'll trust you'll remember that in the future.

His Imperial Majesty our Imperator, myself as Grand Executor of His Will, and the High Magistrate are the three with the legal leave to do so.

However, the crimes of this false carrot knight will be brought to the attention of the council nonetheless, and an official statement will be released within the fortnight.

Signed,

His Excellency Vanderus de Sola, Grand Executor of the Empire

To His Grace Lord De Sola,

These are in fact pieces of the legislation entailing the rights and power of my office.

The Master of Chivalry has the authority to place any existing Knight of Oren on trial.

-The Master of Chivalry has the authority to place any existing Knight of Oren under investigation.

-The Master of Chivalry has the authority to place a landed Knight or titled Lord under investigation, provided said Knight or Lord has squired a disgraced Knight.

We are putting Orgmar under trial as a knight who is unaffirmed and has broken his vows of chivalry and the law.

Ser Aulfr af  Eklund,

Very nice and dandy, however, as the Imperial Privy Council was not advised on your warrant, it is unrecognized, and I'll be leaving it as such.  Instead, we will be creating our own warrant and taking the affair into our own hands.  However, you are permitted to serve your capacity as Master of Chivalry in regards to the accusations of false knighthood in the coming trial.

Signed,

His Excellency Vanderus de Sola, Grand Executor of the Empire

To His Excellency,

Due to obvious confusion I will defer to your greater judgement. Apologies for the inconvenience I have caused, my overzealous nature led me to overstep.
