Declaration of Disownment

The patriarch of the noble and respected House Fournier, Allard Fournier, the first of his name, Lord of the Barony of Rennes declares that from the 12th of The Grand Harvest, 1528. Julia Lorin Fournier is to be marked from the annals of history and  be stripped of the family name and from this day forth be known solely as Julia Lorin d’Avenese. 

The reasons for these actions being taken are:

• Sleeping outside of wedlock with a man/men, doing so in full knowledge that she was betrothed to another.
• Defying the instructions of the patriarch of the House and deliberately disobeying his wishes in such a way that damages and endangers the esteemed House.
• For being found entirely guilty of the most filthy, degrading act of whoredom and prostitution in Oren and other lands in direct violation of Holy Orenian law.

And with these recent crimes and wrong doings having just come to the Lord Fournier’s attention that Julia Lorin Fournier is to be removed of the name Fournier. Never again shall she wear the name of Fournier and also the benefits of being named so. If she is seen by any family members or servants within the levy force they are to show no warmth or generosity and be handed to the appropriate lawful figures with no argument.
