As the renovation and improvement of Felsen at his Imperial Majesties behest continues, the sheer enormity of the bureaucracy surrounding the hundreds of land-deeds has caused a severe holdup in construction. Executive decision has been taken to purge all existing land deeds inside and around the city. All Felsen properties are currently evicted, unless said otherwise by the Head Steward, Mr. Gloop, and have been for a not unreasonable length of time. These properties will be either be renovated shortly or demolished to make way for more suitable constructions before being reopened to rent and purchase by the citizens of the Empire.
