Regardless of all horse breeding issues with limiting to 4-6 horses. The reason they are doing this is to eliminate lag where they can, however, novice breeders will simply start to over populate on other animals to gain XP just as they would do now with horses. This will in turn create the same amount, if not more lag. All this 'horsening' is doing, is making a lot of angry breeders...as seen above...
