Winky Butterbum looks around his warm, cozy, hovel, going down to his cellar to pour himself a mug of ale. Upon lifting the keg tap and holding his tankard underneath a horrifying revelation follows "Itsh all gone!" he cries to the heavens raising his fists in the air in distress. But then he is hit by an sudden epiphany, snapping his fingers, he smiles cunningly "No 'alflin' 'ome isn't complete wiv-out a source o' booze. Ah will make me own!" he declares. Taking to his desk, writing a wonderful flier with the word WANTED written at the top large to grab the readers attention. Winky takes to the different cities, leaving copies in all the hotspots he knows about.
