Kharajyr Requisition Forms and Information

Requisition forms can be filled out by any Kha, whether it requesting something be made of built for personal use, or whether it is requested by an Alekos or Tla’ for the needs of the nation.

For personal requests, a Kharajyr may simply indicate so in the form below. If the request is for personal use, such as a home, crafting of an armor, weapon or tool, payment must be made from the Kha requesting the item or building, and method of payment, whether it be through trading of items or minus, will be settled between the crafter(s) and the requester.

For non-personal, Empire related requests or build orders, requests must be made by an Aelkos, the Tla’, or by a Kha who is appointed to make said request, and will require confirmation from the Tla’ or Aelkos in order for the requisition to be filled. Government based requisitions range from anything to mining certain minerals, crafting multiple sets of armor, to completing large build tasks. Government based tasks almost always are paid in minas (Unless otherwise specified by the crafter)

and due to the normally large tasks requested, the mina pay out is normally quite high. It should be noted the reward offered for completed tasks will be divided evenly between all crafters involved.

While it is HIGHLY recommended that Kharajyr who require goods or services seek out other Kharajyr in person, if said Kharajyr is unable to find a craftsman or craftswoman, use this request and it will be answered.

There are several different categories of requests. Open the spoiler under the category of crafting needed, copy, paste, and fill out the information needed and make a reply on this thread. Then, the Aelkos of Commerce will copy said request, post it on the list of "Open Requisitions" until a Kha claims said open requisition. After which, it will be moved to “Claimed Requisitions”. Upon completion and payment, the requisition information will be deleted. It is up to the requester or the claimer to inform the Truluk that the request has been claimed, when the task has been completed, and when payment has been made.
