To the citizens of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan,

 

It is with both great pride and pleasure that I, Grand Merchant Vondan Frostbeard, offer the position of Royal Proprietor to Beros of clan Oathcast on the 6^th day of the Grand Harvest in the year of 1533. If he should accept this position, he would be responsible for the operation and upkeep of The Dancing Igor.

 

Beros Oathcast has spent a vast majority of his life working in taverns as well as having achieved positions of great merit. It is my firm belief that a dwed that has led such a life would be able to bring much to the position.
