In-Character Information

Character’s name: Alexia Sigridsdottir

Character’s sex: Female

Character’s race: Cave Dwarf

Character’s age: 59

Biography : Alexia was born on the outskirts of Kal'Agnar, and she is eternally scarred from the evacuation in 1476, when her uncle died in front of her. Her clan, the Bronzebeards, moved to Kal'Karaad, and never went back, even after Kal'Agnar was liberated. Instead, they tried to settle in to their new home, working in a smithy, and teaching Alexia the trade. She quickly became an incredibly skilled armorer, to the worry of her elders, who thought she was planning to run off with a group of cousins who were overtaken by hatred of the undead, especially when she began forging her own suit of Armour at the age of 26. The care she placed into the Armour essentially saved her life, as she spent four years on her project, during which time, the wayward cousins dissapeared, never to be seen again. She was still possesed of a burning hatred of the undead, however, and joined the Dwarven Legion, testing her Armour in the war against the Orcs.

 

Alexia all but dissapeared when Athera was destroyed, although she survived along with the many who moved to Vailor. She wandered alone for three years, finding Kal'Akash just in time to hear of the death of Balek Irongut. She fought against the Frostbeards and Blackfists in the rebellion, losing her left eye, which she replaced by a ruby orb. She served well in the later years, always loyal to her king. After the coup, she stepped down from her position in shame, returning to her wandering ways.

Personality Traits: Alexia is permenantly scarred from the horrors she saw in Athera, from the invasion of Kal'Agnar to the worm devouring the world, and this has hardened her to many horrors this new world can throw at her, although she sometimes just goes quiet, remembering.

Ambitions: Alexia only wants the best for her clan and her people, wanting to ensure glory and power for herself and the Bronzebeards. As she says, 'Clan always comes first.'

Strengths/Talents: Alexia is an expert at the forge, and her time in the Legion has taught her to be steadfast in the face of most enemies. She does use her common sense, however

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Alexia's left eye is gone, replaced by a ruby eye, and she looses all self-restraind when confronting undead, thanks to her unforgotten hatred of their kind.

Appearance :Alexia is about average height for a cavern dwarf, with bracken-colored hair, including beard. She is almost constantly wearing her Armour, her pride and joy. normally, she would be considered youthful in appearance, but the years spent working at the forge have built up muscles, making her very strong.
