Posters are hung throughout Haelun’or, including several delivered and posted within the island town of Fi’ceru.

Haelun’or acts deliberately in its interactions with the nations of the world. Diplomacy is not arbitrary or without intention, but instead contrived, formed by the will of the Council. When a citizen believes themselves knowledgeable on what is best for Haelun’or, and acts outside of the proper channels of diplomacy, they contradict the will of Haelun’or and represent it inadequately.

When a citizen acts outside of this process of forming diplomacy, they are ignoring the authority of both the Tilruir’llir and Tilruir’tir and must therefore face the consequences of their actions. Today, this consequence is shame. Just as he has brought shame to Haelun’or through his wanton and unsanctioned diplomatic mission, Taeleh Elibar’acal has brought shame onto himself.

The mali of Haelun’or must not forget their place. To act rashly is to represent Haelun’or rashly, and shall be treated with more harshly in the future.

Maehr’sae hiylun’ehya.

Thesseus reads the notice with an angry leer. "It seems that this Laethis has trouble understanding defense of a city. Perhaps the notion that mali'aheral would be capable of defeating even the weakest of enemies is unfamiliar to him?"
