My new account, and Skin

so, I lost the password to my old forums account so I'm using this. I was wondering if somebody can make my new skin for my rp character Tectinis. It only has a few requirements:

> His hair should be a mix of black and green.

> His eyes should be silver.

> clothes would be preferably brown

> Keep in mind Tectinis is a child.
