The Imperial Archchancellor shall be accompanied by General Josef Vladov and a company of men. The nobles he visits shall be required to house them for the period of their stay. Objectives of the Progress Inspecting the lands and economies of the lord's visited Inspecting lord’s levies Listening to the woes and pains of the common people Giving favor Establishing the Imperial court for the time he is in the region.
