It is deemed on this day, 16th of the Grand Harvest 1539, with this declaration that such charges against House of Horen-Vimmark be recognized and answered for in accordance with Imperial Orenian law:

 

The foolish attempt to usurp the title of His Grace the Duke of Courland during wartime;

The refusal to levy the required forces for their liege nor His Imperial Majesty during wartime;

The cold-blooded murder of the loyal Imperial figure, His Grace the Duke of Istria;

The cold-blooded murder of the loyal Imperial figure, His Right-Honorable the Count of Capua;

The attempted murder of the loyal Imperial figure, His Lordship the Baron of Franzenburg and Imperial General of the First Army;

The treason of assorted family in bowing down the King of Norland, abandoning their loyalty to His Imperial Majesty;

The refusal to obey His Imperial Majesty in direct and concise orders;

The attempt to call a warrant of arrest while maintaining no power to do so nor being granted said permission by His Imperial Majesty;

The attempt to strip Imperial sanctioned knighthood from the loyal Imperial figure Ser Rhys Roke while maintaining no power to do so nor being granted said permission by His Imperial Majesty;

The false claim of His Imperial Majesty’s support in the attempted usurpation of the loyal Imperial figure His Grace the Duke of Courland;

 

With such charges stated, the following are herein declared traitors of the Empire and by order of His Imperial Majesty John are revoked of their titles and sentenced to death:

 

His Honorable the Viscount of Alamar, Bryce of the House of Horen-Vimmark;

Her Honorable the Viscountess of Alamar, Cassandra of the House of Staunton;

Lord Rendon of the House of Horen-Vimmark;

Lord Eamon of the House of Horen-Vimmark;

 

Let it be known that those below have witnessed said charges and have been tasked by His Majesty to carry out this decision:

 

His Grace the Duke of Courland, Richard of the House of Staunton;

His Grace the Duke of Carnatia, Otto II. of the House of Sarkozy;

His Lordship the Baron of Frazenburg and Imperial General of the First Army, Lord Josef of the House of Vladovic

Ser Rhys Roke, Knight of Nessvelt
