What is roleplaying?:  Roleplaying is when you take on a persona on in-game and act  based on that persona

 

What is metagaming?: Taking OOC knowledge and bringing in into game to help your character do or find something or someone.

 

What is powergaming?:  Powergaming:  Making your character do something extremely unrealistic, or just doing something with ought giving the other person a chance to respond.  Ex:  A women having twins thin instantly fighting off an orc by jumping off a tower and executing a perfect round house kick to his face.

As a kid pistachio he was well taken care of well by his mum and dad, in Willow hollow but because his dad was a drunk and beat him, so she took him to Dunwood and he grew up there and learned how to farm. When he was the age of 18 his dad found them in Dunwood and tried to take them back to live with him in willow wood, but his mum killed him so that pistachio did not have to go back.  After his mum killed his dad, she left and to earn money he work for a local farmer selling crops in the local market

 

               

 

Now that he was all alone and had no one in  his life to love him he start to look for a wife. One night at the local tavern, he meet his girl needed Abigail, she was pretty good looking but that was after too many drinks, But pistachio liked so,  he made his move and asked her out on a date. She said yes, so the next night they were back in the same tavern, and at this point in the night they both had a little too much to drink. So Pistachio asked her back to his house, where they spelt together and had a child. After many years of rising the child, When Pistachio was in his mid years 18 to 19 the  Black Scourge attacked the town i witch he was in and was to be made one of there followers but has the caravan car that he was in was attacked by a human band of bandits. when they saw that Pistachio  was halfling they took him to the nearest human town, but as the men were leaving Pistachio ran back to them so that he could ride with the traveling band of men on till, he found a city to call home and a wife to birth his kids..

Ambitions: To find a wife and have 3 kids

 

Strengths/Talents: He is a good cook and good fishermen

 

Weaknesses/Inabilities:  he is bad at fighting, he is a drunk

Also, try including more historical things that your character could have witnessed (like the giant worm attack in Athera!) - check out the wiki if you need to.
