Kelthran: the Tilurir'lliran of Haelun'or, and the one tasked with sifting through all of the hate mail sent to Fi'ceru, furrowed his brows at the sudden influx of letters after The Order of The Golden Owl's trip to the Xionist stronghold - aptly named Xion. Candlelight flickered across his abode, the wax dribbling from its source and onto an iron saucer below as he penned his response.

Dear dissatisfied Xionists, and whomever else may be concerned;

The Silver Council of Haelun'or has reviewed both your letters and shouts in regards to the recent declaration regarding Xion, and is prepared to make a public statement. We had learned, through the word of trusted confidants and friends, that the group dubbing themselves "Xionists" were harboring characters who were learnt in the ways of dark magic. Dissatisfied with acting on hearsay; Taeleh Elibar'acal organized a small contingent of his forces and sought meeting with their leaders. Upon The Order of The Golden Owl's arrival to the mountainside keep, they found no guard or lookout of any kind - and deemed it appropriate to find a way around the gates in the investigation of the seemingly abandoned keep.

The Order of The Golden Owl found little but ruin past the decrepit gatehouse - despite the good standing of the seven iron doors betwixt the side-entry and interior of the keep. Subterranean in nature, the keep mimicked the stereotypical lairs of evildoers in times past; with a darkened library and office desk, sacrificial altar surrounded by three reddened pillars, iron grated doorways to various areas, and winding staircases descending to stone-carved domiciles for their minions. The Order of The Golden Owl, after much investigation, deemed their search conclusive and abandoned the empty settlement.

The Order of The Golden Owl's statement, however, did not mirror the opinion of The Silver Council of Haelun'or until later that evening. Less than an Elven day after the establishment was deemed unsafe, the members discovered, and the declaration of Xion's hidden darkness thrust forth into the light of the public eye, a ghoul was killed outside of Fi'ceru clutching a note in its rotten, mangled fingers. The note reads as follows:

"As Xion falls, Xundr shall stand tall."

As such; The Silver Council of Haelun'or encourages other nations to follow their example, and apprehend any individuals claiming to be members of either Xion of Xundr for interrogation in regards to their now proven affiliations with dark magi. Should any High Elves boasting of their connection to these associations arise within your lands, The Silver Council of Haelun'or requests that they be delivered to Fi'ceru so they may be dealt with fairly among their own people.

Sincerely,

The Silver Council of Haelun'or

The letter was both pinned alongside Elibar'acal's post and sent to the many allies of Haelun'or - finding its way to noticeboards and strongholds across Vailor by means of Elven courier.

A brown-haired elf laughs as he reads the notice, his scars crinkling from the action. "One cannot rend another's soul and also back such a decree. Nothing but more nonsense from a dying state."
