InvTweaks Mod Not Working Due to No Cheat+

I recently installed a useful and legitimate mod with no truly terrible features. It's called Inventory Tweaks. It's a mod that lets you organize your inventory with the click of a button. However, because of a few setting that are necessary to the mod's actions have been deactivated, the mod does not work and any changes  the mod tries to make are immediately reversed. I was told in a /modreq that I needed to post on the Tech Forums to get this solved. The moderator told me that this mod is allowed on the server and does not break any rules. I request that the necessary changes be made to let this mod work like it's supposed to.

If doing these things proves to cause other problems or makes other cheaters more able to cheat, then it's fine. I just wanted to address this problem.

Inventory Tweaks does not work on items with item data, such as weapons ( with %'s), armor (with speed reduction %), or anything which has custom info/data (anything which is renamed pretty much). Remove these items from the chest you are to organize so there is only vanilla items and it will work.

Your issue is not caused by NoCheatPlus. Likely, as the post before me mentioned, it is either one of the other plugins stopping something or issues with handling items with additional values.
