Hello, I’m Ravake and my mine craft username is cjdj121

I am 12 years old and I am aware of the PG-13 rating of this server. The rules (I thought) were well explained and well spoken and i do agree to all of them. I believe that the most well thought out rule was the combat system, I have never seen something like it for an RP server and I really appreciate how much time you put into making these rules but especially the idea of having to agree on a form on combat. I am mildly confused with the way that the villain rules are displayed, I could never quite wrap my mind around the idea: “Any unlocked chest can be broken into”.

 

This server was my first pick when I was just searching around for the best RP servers and this one was only second to the Mining Dead. I am a huge fan of the Keeper of the Lost Cities book series and I feel like this server's idea of an RP really captures the magic behind that book series.

 

What is roleplaying?: In my eyes roleplaying is not simply acting out a character it is immersing yourself in a story (or lore) of a creative thinkers idea to make it a reality for everyone to have fun in.

 

What is metagaming?: What metagaming is (in my eyes) to me is really going beyond the boundaries set for you in a game or other activity.

 

What is powergaming?: Powergaming is having a single idea in mind while in a game and not really caring about anything else.

Biography: Ravake is an Elven alchemist that works to try and make the best potions around as well as wanting to learn magic… But it didn't start out that way. Ravake was born to a happy elven couple in Healun’or, but at that time there were hostile relations with the orcs due to a lack of trade. Ravake was talented with the study of how magic worked and being an alchemist (note: he knew how magic worked but not how to work magic) but was shunned by his peers which led him to having very anti-social behavior.

 

This troubled his parents and Ravake was sent to a high Elf to see if she could figure something out to help with his rather depressed feelings towards his life “Why do you not want to be with you friends and help them study?” The counselor would ask him every day he went but she always worded it a different way “You could help them study?” she would say to to Ravake it all sounded the same. A brush with the knights of Caliphate left him more eager than ever to leave his home. The Brotherhood of Horen seemed to be a logical path to travel in the way of getting noticed but his parents (being the strict buggers they were) said that he was forbidden to leave Healun’or or be punished by the high elven council. After so many years of trying and trying Ravake was willing to use any type of magic, even dark magic. A long time of digging through the ruins of the old High Elf nation he discovered a book of some of the best magic users in all the Vailor so he went on a quest to find at least one of them to teach him the ways of magic

 

After working in his parents study for long amounts of time each day and each night he declared he would go out into the world to find the best magic teacher in all the land to help himself in life and to be accepted by his peers. And with that he rushed into the world waiting for an adventure to take him away.

 

Personality Traits: Very anti-social (only willing to give people who deserve the time to talk the time to do so), normally shy, is a ‘outside the box’ thinker, is always looking for a good chance to sell a potion.

 

Ambitions: Has always wanted to learn magic, has wanted to travel the world and meet the orcs and wood elves.

 

Strengths/Talents: Superb potion maker, Excellent scholar, Decent traveler (Walking, Hiking exc.)

 

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Very bad social skills, is most certainly not the strongest elf in the world (at ALL), because he forgets to eat often he is quite thin but has decent arm strengths.

Not: I used a google doc to make this Application and then copy pasted it into your application box. It was VERY hard for me to find lore on your RP server because I couldn't use you wiki (I don't know why it isn't working). I could seem to get my screen shot to work but I really hope you trust me in saying that my skin is fit for the server (If you deny this application I know why :))

Also, try including more historical things that your character could have witnessed (like the dukes war in Vailor!) - check out the wiki if you need to.
