Free The Hobbits 859 Share Posted February 8, 2016 Hey you! You must have a lot of beautiful pixels that you want to protect from Orcs, Goblins, and Ghouls! Feeling down that you aren't allowed to have locked chests and fearing for your safety you may be hesitant to even bother with a burrow in Willow Hollow, but fear not because there is an effective, and safe way to store your precious pixels. This method has been used effectively through generations of Halflings so without further ado "Hiding Chests: A Halfling Guide" Step 1: Take out your chest, you won't be needing a chest out in the open Step 2: Find a good hiding spot, somewhere it is both convenient for you and out of the way of other burrows, and would be robbers. Some good locations include between walls, under rugs, or really anywhere you can hide the chest because well it's really not hard to hide a block. For the sake of the guide I'll be making a new hiding spot in my own burrow. Step 3: Cover your chest, take a step back and savor in your work. You have saved yourself both the trouble of receiving a good shoveling and losing an entire town's worth of goods because you aren't allowed to use locks in your burrow. I hope that you guys use this guide because it took me nearly all day to edit the screenshots and write up all the steps. I wrote this because well we lost a lot of stuff over the past month but we aren't really going to change the stance on locks because it doesn't really matter it's just pixels. Remember not to share your secret locations with /too/ many people.

I'm really not, we're done building and we've already stolen more materials. Be my guest to accuse me of anything but I'm not particularly salty about anything.
