What Races Should Villains be?

Umm hi! I want to make a villain character but I don't know what race she should be and I'm terrible at making choices. So I'm going to explain her personality and you can give me a suggestion. She loves torturing and is very dramatic. She's very confident in herself and elegant. Does anybody have an idea for her race? Also it can't be high elf because I already have a high elf persona.

Well, perhaps a human? Personality doesn't real define race to be honest.

Any race can be villainous, and all of them tend to be. "Confident and eloquent" however seems to be quite High Elven. To further go on, the character seems flawless and Mary Tsu esque and you should rethink it heavily, examine why your character supposedly loves torture, etc...

Honestly it seems card board cut and you should probably read up more on characterization and why people do villainous behaviors in general, commonly, it's to amount to an expectation or achieve a goal (which is the best reasoning to go with, as doing psychopathically insane characters otherwise are really ridiculous and have no reason to exist).
