Vander-Sutican Treaty

14th of the Amber Cold, Circa 1547

 

It is henceforth stated that the Principality of Sutica and the Kingdom of Vandoria do enter into a treaty of the following terms, to be upheld honorably by both parties for Fifty Years (50) in which the current heads of state will choose to renew the treaty.

 

The Kingdom of Vandoria

• The Kingdom of Vandoria shall admit all traders from Sutica to peddle their wares freely

• The Kingdom of Vandoria shall defend Sutica unconditionally against foreign threats

• Vandoria shall guarantee the independence of Sutica

• Vandoria is not obligated to join an aggressive war declared by Sutica on a foreign power

 

The Principality of Sutica

• The Principality of Sutica shall admit all traders from Vandoria to peddle their wares freely

• The Principality of Sutica shall defend Vandoria unconditionally against foreign threats

• Sutica is not obligated to join an aggressive war declared upon by Vandoria on a foreign power

• Sutica shall not be obligated to defend Vandoria against the Horde of Dunamis

 

General Terms

• The signatories shall be bound by this document for a period of fifty saintly years.

  • In the event the reigning signatory on either side abdicates or is killed, the new reigning monarch shall renew the treaty.

• This treaty shall be conducted under the gaze of GOD, its articles and terms binding by holy writ, legality and universal morality alike.

• If either signatory of this treaty does not honorably adhere to its clauses, binding as they are, the treaty shall be considered null and void.
