So i was wondering because my friend has gotten unbanned i wanted to know if he could change his username because the account that got unbanned he can't get back in because he forgot the information so i was wondering if anyone could change his whitelisted mc account to another one because he has another one that hasn't been used and he really wants to play and change his skin again.

As as for your question, your friend would have to make a new whitelist application if he wanted another account white listed. As he is already a member though he would only need to post an alt account application.
