First Class Citizenship is reserved for mali’aheral who are pure of heart, mind, and soul and follow the maehr'sae hiylun'ehya.

 

  • First Class Citizens reserve the right to both vote and participate in elections.

  • First Class Citizens reserve the right to run for an open position on the Council and to challenge a currently held position.

  • All First Class Citizens have the right to a prompt, fair trial (The Obvious Laws exempt).

  • All First Class Citizens have the right to a proper home if available.

Second Class Citizens Rights

For any other races that would like to apply for housing or citizenry.

 

  • Second Class Citizens do not have the right to vote, participate in elections or hold Council positions.

  • Second Class Citizens have the right to bring grievances to the Council.

  • Second Class Citizens have the right to live within the Lower District.

  • Second Class Citizens have the right to a business within the Lower District

  • Second Class Citizens have the right to freedom of religion, albeit in a private setting (no public gatherings, meetings, or associations).

  • All Second Class Citizens have the right to a prompt, lawful trial (The Obvious Laws exempt).

  • All Second Class Citizens have the right to a proper home if available.

 

 

 

 


 

 

 

 

First and Second Class Citizen Responsibilities

  • Defend the State if the need arises.

  • Ignorance is not an excuse, know the laws.

  • Report crimes to the Council or to a member of the Orenian Legion.

  • Serve on a jury if called upon.

  • Participate in the local community responsibly, and peacefully.

  • Obey and respect the State and its officials.

  • Be a peaceful, law abiding citizen.

  • Protect your fellow citizens within reason.

  • First class citizens have the responsibility to vote, Second class do as well when called upon to do so.
