Hello! :) I'm a fellow high elf here.

 

If your High elf requires help with their culture, don't be afraid to give me a message in-game for a little character Chat. Sort of my job, nowadays, as Tilruir'mali. 

 

The Silver district is limited to the pure high elves (And occasionally others), housing citizens. Of course, you can apply to be a citizen riiiiight... here. 

 

 

However, I do advise you learning the culture first before going for a first class citizenship - as the understanding of it is required for acceptance. Once again, don't be afraid to pm me in the forums or Ig. (Ign is Trinn_ and I play Andri'ante Izalith >->)

I can give some details, as I met her char in-game and directed her to go to the helf city. The character doesn't know about helven culture, and needs help learning about elmaer'sae hiylun'ehya and stuff.

Best to start by going around, Rp'ing with fellow High elf characters and asking about culture!
