What is roleplaying?: Role playing is, very simply creating an immersive and changing persona and sticking to it with minimal out of character input.

What is metagaming?: Meta gaming is using any and all knowledge your character does not have first hand experience with IE: using a characters weakness against them with no way you could have learned it, or greeting someone by name when they have not introduced themselves

What is power-emoting (powergaming)?: This one is all about your character being over powered, realisticly you can't just chop someone's heads off immediately you should at least duel them first, it is the only nice way to settle it.

 

In-Character Information
Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Biography: Born to a poor bar owner couple in Hollowvale, Titus began life knowing how to trade, his first words word deal, barter, and price. His early childhood was in all honest nice. He learned math and science from his father, and picked up a thing or two about reading from his mother. And for a while it was a simple but happy life. But no story ever ends that way now does it? You see there was a bit of a history that Titus' father left out, You see every Mina that went into buying that bar was made by His father's other Job, Working for the house of Flay, and along the way he just so happened to piss off the Miner's Union. And with their combined resources and power it wasn't long before they found Young Titus and his family. Luckily His father had the foresight to predict that this day would come, and he prepared a safe room. The only problem was that by the time they arrived, Titus' family only had enough time to stuff him inside and yell at him to lock the door, and while he couldn't hear the massacre that took place, he could hear every swing, every sickening thud of Pickaxe on skull, and every scream. They all stayed with the young lad, but instead of crushing his spirit, some say it lit an inferno in that boy's broken heart, and through that inferno it was reforged by sheer determination into the willpower he needed in the following weeks. He didn't have much, but with what little he could scavenge from the burnt down bar, and the valuables his family had starched away Titus prepared for his vengeance. He dawned his father's armor, which had survived the blaze, but had turned black with a soot that just wouldn't wash off, and he began his journey in search of masters of combat, the arcane arts, and alchemy. And finally after many years he is ready to begin his hunt for bloody vengeance.

Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) Hunt down the people who murdered his family and maybe settle down afterwards

Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?) Tracking, Training in the fundamentals of magic, Swordsmanship, and archery

Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) He has too much of a one track mind, his ambitions consume him, and he will do anything to achieve his own goals, even if it means hurting people

Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) Brown Hair, Dark red coat, with an almost Onyx Colored set of armor over neath, Emerald Green Eyes, almost yellow skin.
