What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is acting out a character in a certain environment with others for enjoyment.

What is metagaming?: Metagaming is using knowledge gained out of character when in character.

What is power-emoting (powergaming)?: as far as i understand, Power Gaming is ignoring actions that happen in RP for your own gain, eg running away after being shot in the leg.

Biography:

Castor Snow is a young Bounty Hunter, born in the highlands to the north. His family were nobles, but his parents were taken from him at a young age, and the trauma turned his hair a silky white. This appearance, coupled with his stealthy tactics and his pale skin, lead some to believe he is a ghost, striking down those he wishes to, but this is not true. Castor is a man, haunted by demons. Castor is not a religious man himself, but keeps a pendant of Gazardiael in memory of his parents. Castor also has a natural distrust of Cave Dwarves, stemming from his upbringing.

 

Castor's upbringing after the death of his parents was with the Kaedren sect of Highlanders, and as a child, he excelled in the training set upon him, to become a warrior.Thanks to this, he was given a mentor to tutor him privately. However, Castor failed the final test of worthiness, in which he was to kill an innocent man, to show his ability to murder in cold blood. He was banished from his homeland, and spent many years travelling around the outskirts of the highlands, doing small jobs. He later decided to travel south, to the warmer, more populated lands. Here he used his skills as an adventurer, wandering the lands. in this time, Castor came upon a snow wolf puppy, which is generally found in Anthos. He tried to take it with him, and domesticate it, but it was too old, and ended up killing an innocent man. Castor was forced to kill the wolf, and this experience left him bitter to the world, and he turned to a bounty hunter, killing who ever for the money.

 

He has a gem embedded in his left glove that often glows, which he took from his parents when they were killed, but so far it has had no magical effects. However, it's possible it may have a hidden purpose.

Castor may be a bounty hunter, but he is still a good man, at heart. Or at least he hopes he is. The demons of the people he has killed weighs heavy on him, and often this mournful nature shows through the layers of sarcasm and wit he uses to hide behind. He has no real friends, as he tends to push them away.

Personality Traits: Castor is witty and sharp, but inside he is very sad. He hides this under his sarcasm and humour.

Ambitions: He doesnt aspire to anything, he simply takes each day at a time. However, he may discover something that sets him on a new path.

Strengths/Talents:His skills include Swordplay, Crossbow expertise, and very quick reflexes. He is also very athletic, and is prone to traversing the city via the rooftops.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Memories of his past.

Appearance: Castor, as previously stated, has white hair, like the snowy lands he was raised in. He wears red and black tight garments, and red light armor covers his chest. He has a pauldron on his left shoulder, and carries a Bluesteel sword, a small shield on his back, and two mechancical crossbows. He also carries a small jar of Alchemist's Fire, for dire circumstances. His shield bears the mark of the omega symbol, which he painted himself. He has a grey scarf wrapped round his neck, which he sometimes uses as a hood. He also carries a selection of special bolts, poison, silver, and such other things, for unique enemies.
