[help] friends unable to register to the forums

So, I've got two of my good friends trying to register for the forums and no matter what they do they can't.

their emails  ( 3 regular, 1 school email ) that they're 100% sure theyve never used on this website before are stated to be unavailable upon pressing submit, though prior to that it tells them that it's available. anyone got any idea?

My friend has the same issue, I wonder if we would be able to post the applications on behalf of our friends?

Did they check spam/junk mail within their emails? Or do they have junk mail to immediately delete? If so check the recently deleted section. But If not it may just be a website bug.
