By the Will of His Apostolic Majesty…

 

It is hereby decreed to the Realm that the following changes and appointments are made to the Aulic Council…

 

• His Imperial Highness, Leopold Horen of Marna, son of His Imperial Highness Alexander Louis, is hereby appointed to Lord Palatine of the Kingdom of Vandoria, as well as Lord Chancellor of the Kingdom of Vandoria, being granted full authority in the absence of the King.

 

The Lords of the Realm are subservient to him in all matters, and the members of the Privy may be dismissed or appointed by him with the King's approval.
