Abdication of 1562

To our leal subjects of Vandoria,

 

It is hereby proclaimed by the Lord Paramount of Vandoria that he shall abdicate his titles, throne, rights, and responsibilities to his son, Prince John Leopold of the House Horen-Vandoria.

 

It is with much regret that the Lord Paramount John Godfrey has decided his time to rule is passed, with his recent decline in health. We do thank all the lords of Vandoria for their loyalty throughout the reign of the former King, and beg that they show the same if not more loyalty and faith in their new liege.
