A man would be seen striding around the docks with a large bag in his arms. Every so often, he stops to open the bag. The man soon reveals a poster of sorts as he opens the bag. He hums happily to himself as he places the poster on a wall. He pats down the poster to make sure it's secure before he turns to stride off, presumably to put up more posters!
