Shield disappeared from Auction House

I put a shield up on the auction house a few days ago and only just noticed that I never received any money from it being sold and its no longer on the auction house. I have not gotten the item back. If a developer could help track down my problem, that'd be much appreciated. It was up on the auction house with a 300 mina start and a 500 mina buyout.

It may have been a one time problem with the auction house. I'm assuming the server had a hiccup and instead of you receiving the item or money back, it just disappeared. Try creating and selling another shield to see if the problem persists.. take screenshots.

Not a solution for the problem. Especially since banners are hard to come by since there are few leather workers. And shields are not cheap to purchase. Sorry, but i'd either like the shield or a shield and a banner returned. Or just the mina for it.

It's not a solution but it's a way for you to help the developers investigate the issue to ensure that this never happens again for you. I'm pretty certain you won't be compensated the items going off of no refund on lost items policy.. however I may be wrong.
